The TH Line asynchronous three-phase motors described in this leaflet are designed to drive bow thrusters.
The thorough knowledge in this field allowed Electro Adda SpA to find technical solutions that, besides ensuring reliability and durability are able to satisfy all the needs of this special application.
The series of basic machines is characterized by 4 different executions both as protection degree and cooling type. The different constructive solutions are able to cover all requirements in the field of asynchronous motors.
The TH-C LineTH-C Line motors are of the enclosed type provided with fins, with external ventilation (IC411) and IP54 protection degree.
TH-W Line The TH-W line motors are made with IC7A1W7 cooling system made up by a primary cooling fluid (air) with a heat exchanger built-in in the motor frame that uses fresh water coming from a remote circuit.
TH-QN and TH-A Line The TH-QN and TH-A line is made up by a self-ventilated generator (IC01)with protection degree IP23S.
