The G Line three-phase generators are of the asynchronous type and are designed in order to consider the different requirements of hydropower plant generators in the range of outputs included within 160 and 2000 kW.
In particular the G Line generators are characterized by:
- High efficiency
- High power factor
- Reduced dimensions
- High reliability
The series of basic machines is characterized by 3 different executions both as protection degree and cooling type.
The different constructive solutions are able to cover all requirements in the field of asynchronous generators.
The G-C Line generators are of the enclosed type provided with fins, with external ventilation (IC411) and IP54 protection degree.
The G-W Line generators are made with IC7A1W7 cooling system made up by a primary cooling fluid (air) with a heat exchanger built-in in the motor frame that uses fresh water coming from a remote circuit.
The G-QN and G-A Line is made up by a self-ventilated generator (IC01)with protection degree IP23S.
